Greenflow Cookie Policy
Small files, clear purpose.
Effective from: [DATE]
This Policy explains what cookies are, which ones Greenflow uses, and the choices you have.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They help websites remember you between pages, keep you logged in, and protect forms from abuse.
Some cookies are strictly necessary for the website to work. Others are optional and only set with your consent.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for Greenflow to function. They do not require consent because without them, the site cannot operate.
laravel_session
Session
Keeps you logged in and maintains your session as you move between pages. Expires when you close your browser or after a period of inactivity.
XSRF-TOKEN
Security
Protects against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks. Required for secure form submissions, logins and donations.
3. Analytics cookies
Greenflow does not currently use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics that track you across websites.
If we ever introduce analytics in the future, we will only do so with your consent and this Policy will be updated to reflect it.
4. Third-party content
Greenflow may contain embedded media such as YouTube or Vimeo videos submitted by users. When you load or play such content, the provider may set its own cookies or collect technical information.
We do not control these providers. Their cookies are covered by their own policies.
5. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Since the cookies Greenflow uses are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent parts of the site from working — for example, logging in or completing a donation.
Most browsers let you see what cookies are stored and remove them individually. Refer to your browser's help pages for instructions.
